The principal characters in this wartime chronicle are marine sergeant Lloyd Nolan, chaplain Preston S. Foster, Mexican enlistee Anthony Quinn, and a Dodgers-lovin' Brooklynite, played by William Bendix.

Like Time Travel

Used to watch this as a boy back in the post-war 1950s. It is an old friend from back in the day when a fountain cokes were a nickel and a bottled drink was 7 cents. Those drinks and this movie no longer seem to be around so now I pay $1.99 for a coke but bought my own copy of the movie.
If this suits your taste you won’t regret the purchase. It’s sharper than any print I ever saw. Delivery? I was told to expect to wait but the next thing I knew it was in my mailbox. I’m 100% pleased with my purchase.
