  Gay-rights activist Michael Glatze (James Franco) begins to question his sexuality after a religious experience. Soon, he renounces his homosexuality, becomes a pastor, and marries a woman (Emma Roberts), but all the while, he continues to wrestle with his true identity. Justin Kelly wrote and directed this biopic, which is based on a New York Times profile of Glatze's transformation.
