  In this martial arts feature, an upright general has been sent out by the Emperor of China to discipline one of the Chinese overlords of Korea who has been stealing silver. The general sends his trusted agent Shen In-hua (Liu Chung-liang) to infiltrate the evil lord's household. Shen joins forces with a martial artist who is out to avenge his parent's death.
