A 1950's drama about an insidious Cold War plot, The Whip Hand pits a sleepy Minnesota town in the center of a Communist conspiracy. Matt Corbin, a magazine writer, is just looking for a peaceful spell of respite before realizing that the town he is staying in has been taken over by a group of former Nazis, who are now members of the Communist party, and are cultivating disease to unleash onto the unsuspecting American public. With the help of a local acquaintance (Carla Balenda), Corbin looks to save the United State from a widespread epidemic before it's too late.
