Misadventure of a young lawyer, who was alone in the house for the start of the jealous wife, is having to help a lady resident in an apartment on the top floor, which asks him to put her up to save her from the wrath of her husband.

The young lady offers to his bed, content to sleep on the couch, and the next morning when he woke up the lady is already gone, but at the same time it is also missing a precious necklace of great value.

Combining the disappearance of the necklace, the presence of the lady, the young man tries to retrieve the jewel assaulting the alleged thief, but after a long series of misunderstandings and misconceptions, it will be resolved with the reconciliation of the two pairs.
