bio-pic of the entertainers, Blossom Seeley and
Benny Fields. Excellent print, and many, many, many songs.
Betty Hutton's last film for Paramount, and she's very "toned down" for this one. Why Ralph Meeker was cast opposite her, is anybody's guess, but otherwise, a good, colorful, lavish, biopic.

Really enjoyed this movie because of Betty Hutton's performing! She does lots of singing and dancing and is just terrific. The story is a loose biography of Blossom Seely and focuses on her situations with her future husband. The actor who plays her husband was pretty bland which detracts from the story but I didn't mind since there were all the great performances by Betty. DVD is good condition as well.
